Come and immerse yourself in this one day printmaking workshop. You’ll learn about the different types of linoleum, explore mark-making techniques using special gouges and chisels, learn how to transfer a design to you block and carve it, followed by inking and printing your block by hand onto paper.

This workshop is perfect if you are a complete beginner, have a little experience or in need of a refresher! It’s also a great way to get away from it all and practice of carving is just so therapeutic.

Suitable for ages 16 years and above. All materials and tools are provided. If you have an idea of what you’d like to create, please bring along your own designs and sketches. However, this is not essential and there will and beginner friendly designs to work from. Please wear old clothes or bring an apron.

“Hannah’s teaching style is very relaxed and friendly. She helps you push boundaries which benefitted me personally as it gave me more confidence within my skillset.

I would recommend Hannah as she is very down to earth and understanding. She has a wide skillset and is able to offer multiple processes to achieve the same outcome, which is perfect for those who prefer a range of learning techniques.”
