Join Heather from The Crafting Cupboard to make a beautiful hanging decoration in the form of a macrame leaf. 

In this workshop, Heather will show you how to make a beautiful macrame leaf using a beginner's macrame knot and the highest quality twisted macrame cord with a variety of colours to choose from.

She will also help you to get the best texture for your leaf and back it onto felt. You do not need any prior knowledge to take part in this workshop. All materials are provided.

About Heather 

Heather has always been happiest when crafting. She loves to work with textiles in the the form of yarn, cord and jute twine in particular. She is a teacher by profession, who has gradually reduced her hours in order to focus on her love of craft. Currently she is focused on both macrame and crochet skills. 

 

Location and T + C s

This workshop takes place at TMA HQ which is located at Unit 11, Boathouse Meadow Business Park, Cherry Orchard Lane, Salisbury, SP2 7LD which is on the edge of the Churchfields estate in Salisbury, click here for a map. There is plenty of street parking local to us and car parking spaces outside the studio. We are 10 minutes' walk from Salisbury Station and 15 minutes' walk from the city centre. Some bus routes are available but please check time with the operator.
