DELIVERY TIMES
COVID-19 UPDATE. We aim to dispatch all goods in 1-3 working days. We send them to UK customers by Royal Mail first Class post. Factoring in processing and delivery, UK customers should receive their goods within 4 – 12 working days. The postal service is still experiencing delays in some areas due to the ongoing crisis, so we are kindly asking customers to allow up to 12 working days from the date of the shipping notification to enable it to move through the busy system. If after this time it's not arrived we can claim it as a lost parcel.
We have had to adjust our lead times to deal with social distancing, longer lead times from our suppliers, homeschooling. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
International orders are sent via Air Mail, and take between 3-21 days, depending on where in the world they are going to. Orders to Europe and the rest of the world cost a flat rate £4.95. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that orders may incur, and we are unable to refund these costs.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We hope you will be really happy with the items you have purchased from the Make Arcade, but we understand that you may change your mind. We are happy to offer a refund for the cost of the item, provided it is returned in a condition where we can sell it again. we are unable to refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. Before returning an item please contact us and provide us with the name and address the order was sent to, and we will then provide you with an address to return it. When posting an item back to us please be sure to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please also include a copy of your order details inside the package so we know who it has come from. In the unlikely event an item is faulty or damaged when it arrives please contact us first and we will be happy to either replace the item or issue a refund.
