What is Stitch Mail?
Stitch Mail is our brand new monthly subscription box, bringing you an exclusive cross stitch project straight to your door! Each month you’ll receive a fun, modern design, beautiful threads and everything you need for a few relaxing hours of stitching.
What will I get each month?
Every Stitch Mail box includes:
✔️ An exclusive cross stitch project (designed by The Make Arcade)
✔️ DMC threads in all the colours you need
✔️ High-quality Aida or fabric (sometimes printed!)
✔️ A needle and any extra bits you need
✔️ A handy guide with tips and tricks
✔️ Mini zine with set of mini cross stitch motifs
How much does it cost?
Stitch Mail costs £14.95 a month inc second class postage to the UK (International orders have a £10 postage charge). You can cancel anytime — no strings attached.
When will I get my box?
Boxes are packed and posted in the last week of each month. You’ll get an email when your Stitch Mail is on its way!
When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged when you sign up, then on the 1st day of the month after that when the new box is announced!
Do I need any special equipment?
Nope! Everything you need comes in your box - the most you'll need is some scissors. All you’ll need is a comfy spot, a cuppa and a bit of time to stitch!
Can I skip a month?
At the moment, we don’t offer a skip option - but you can cancel or pause your subscription anytime from the customer portal and rejoin when you’re ready
Can I give Stitch Mail as a gift?
Absolutely! A subscription makes a wonderful gift for a crafty friend (or yourself!). Just pop their address in at checkout and we’ll send the box straight to them.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, Stitch Mail is available for UK, Ireland, USA and Australian customers only. Due to new legislation we can't ship to Europe but please watch this space!
What if I need help with my kit?
We’re always here for you! If you get stuck, just drop us an email at hello@themakearcade.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help. You can also find extra tips and stitchy videos on our website and socials.
Can I buy past boxes?
If we have numbers left over these will be on sale on special occasions - so keep an eye on our shop and newsletter!
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account area - no questions asked. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we get it!
