As a small business we do our best to deliver your orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your kits and get crafting!
We aim to dispatch all orders in 1-3 working days. Orders are sent via Royal Mail on a standard service. Factoring in processing and delivery UK orders should be received in 2 - 12 days depending on any delays in different areas. If your order is not received within twelve working days from the shipping confirmation notification we can investigate and offer you a refund or replacement.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail and take between 3 - 21 days depending on
the location they are going to. Flat rate postage is applied. Customers are responsible for any
customs and import taxes that may incur and we are unable to refund these costs.
We hope you will be really happy with the items you have purchased from, but we understand that you may change your mind. We are happy to offer a refund for the cost of the item, provided it is returned in a condition where we can sell it again. We are unable to refund postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Before returning an item please contact us and provide us with the name and address the order was sent to, and we will then provide you with an address to return it. When posting an item back to us please be sure to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please also include a copy of your order details inside the package so we know who it has come from. In the unlikely event an item is faulty or damaged when it arrives please contact us first and we will be happy to either replace the item or issue a refund.
