DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch all goods within 3 working days. We send them to UK customers by Royal Mail second Class post and to international customers by Royal Mail Airmail. Factoring in processing and delivery, UK customers should receive their goos within 4 – 6 working days, EU customers within 6 – 10 working days, the rest of the world within 8 – 12 working days. Sometimes international delivery can take up to 30 days depending on the post and customs service, please advise if you would like it sooner.
International orders are sent via Air Mail can take up to 6 weeks.
NB. The customer will be responsible for any and all taxes, customs fees and import duties if ordering from outside the UK. These will be issued by your local postal service and vary depending on your location. We can not be responsible for any delays due to customs.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We hope you will be really happy with the items you have purchased from the Make Arcade, but we understand that you may change your mind. We are happy to offer a refund for the cost of the item, provided it is returned in a condition where we can sell it again. we are unable to refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. Before returning an item please contact us and provide us with the name and address the order was sent to, and we will then provide you with an address to return it. When posting an item back to us please be sure to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please also include a copy of your order details inside the package so we know who it has come from. In the unlikely event an item is faulty or damaged when it arrives please contact us first and we will be happy to either replace the item or issue a refund.
